FRAUDULENT ORDER POLICY

Due to the increase in fraudulent orders and chargebacks, if your order is flagged by our detection system to be a high risk of fraud, it will be cancelled, notification emailed and may be reported to authorities. If there are any doubts regarding legal name, address, matching payment identity; you will be required to provide evidence of identity to proceed with order.

It is up to our discretion whether we agree to proceed with the order or not. Any orders showing attributes of unlawful or fraudulent orders will be cancelled and refunded to the original card/account holder. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to complete process depending on the bank account used.
