PICKUP INFORMATION FOR LOCAL CUSTOMERS: (last updated 21/11/2023)

LOCAL PICKUP INFORMATION

All items storewide are stocked in our Australian warehouses. Majority of our items are stocked in our South Melbourne, VIC warehouse and some items are stocked in other warehouses Australia-Wide.

Occasionally, we may have some in-demand items readily available at our Glass House Mountains, QLD Local Pickup location, however, most items are in our warehouses where Pickup is not available.

If you would like to pickup your order locally (such as your order not being able to be delivered on your property), we can transfer your order from our warehouse to our Glass House Mountains Office pickup location for you to pickup when it arrives. This takes approx. 5-10 business days.

*Please Note - full payment must be made at our website prior to pickup (please email us if you intend to pickup prior to ordering so that we can make the pickup option available for the item/s you are interested in: info@delldesignliving.com)

Once your PICKUP order has been placed:

- Within 24-48 hours your order will be dispatched from one of our warehouses

- Approx 5-10 business days after dispatch, you will receive an email or SMS from us informing you that your order is ready for pickup. We will then discuss pickup time/date as well as sending through our full address and pickup instructions.

**Please Note - We DO NOT allow change of mind refunds and returns after you have picked up. Feel free to request to see the item when you pickup before leaving.
